elraDelicious cut of meat, so you don't need a lot to dress it. Just a simple mushroom and caramelized onion will do.
Cheers,
Elra

HeatherIt's so nice when people treat their livestock like organic beings instead of a commodity. Makes the meat taste that much sweeter.

JennDZ_The LeftoverQueenWhat a great valentine's day meal to cook for you and your loved ones! I have never cooked a chateaubriand myself, but yours looks perfect! And I am all about the humanely raised meats!

MelissaI absolutely love what that guy said to you about his herd. Thanks for sharing that.

Wonderful meal, Donald. This is definitely a cut that doesn't need much, but I do love your onions and mushrooms with it. Much love to you and Becky!
