Oh OKRA, never seen this for awhile, too bad that my family hate okra, they complaint that this vegetable is too slimy. I like okra, and can just eat okra especially if its cook spicy enough. Your pork and okra, I know I'll like this. Sounds delicious.
Cheers,
elra

I've been in a little of a blog funk as well. Most of my posts have been a little blah lately.

This is quite lovely food p0rn! I'm no huge meat eater, but there's always room in the belly for good pork tenderloin.

Glad you're enjoying the Mac. I just can't make the switch.

elra: family hate okra???? wow. u know, when it is stewed like this, there really isn't any slime. it thickens but does not end up slimey.

sharon: can't make the switch. i'm telling you, once u go mac u never... no really, i still have my powerhouse windows box, but my next desktop will be a mac too. hell, my mac runs windows better than my pc does!

Welcome back. Nice pics. I want to cross over to the Mac world. One day when I get some extra $$$$.Love how you coated the pork in mustard seeds.

Big ups to the okra for real! It is really so good--fried, steamed, boiled, baked. GOOD. That pork looks nice too. The mustard seeds are a spicy touch. If someone will fund us, we'll invest in a Mac too!

You're right, once you go MAC you never go back! I chuckle every time my PC friends have to download drivers or do all kinds of elaborate setups before using their accessories.

And Vista? the most horrible, terrible, evil thing in the world.

that sounds like the perfect spice mixture for pork. So you've drank the Apple Kool-aid now too ;) My husband got the big new Macbook Pro last week & after using it all day he turned to me & said "I don't know what they could do to make this any better." He loves it that much

Lol I like your intro sentence.

Macs are the best, glad you're enjoying yours!

This is an awesome meal...I might be tempted to trade in my own mac for it...just maybe :D.

That pork looks wonderful but I am sceptical about the okra. I've come around to okra - but only when it is crispy!

It’s been a long time. I shouldn’t have left you without a dope beat to step to…

Awwww yeeeeah. *Poppin and lockin* Totally.

And I forgot, you're a crazy Gemini too. :)

Glad you got a new machine. I'm sure it's a gem, being a Mac. We're just around the corner from doing the same.

Love the tenderloin, and the pink. I saw this one and liked it. But I like your okra that much more. Delicious.

I had a Dell laptop in 2000 which I'd paid 6k for and in the course of 3 years, I had 14 service calls to replace pretty much everything!!! So, I understand where you're coming from on that wise. :) My next computer will be a Mac, without a doubt. I have 2 Windoze and one Ubuntu Linux machine lying about right now and I'm itching for something new, so my time is coming. As for the pork, I cannot do pink pork; I'm Greek, and you know we like our pork cooked. That said, we do like okra. Or at least, I like okra, my wife won't go out of her way for it. So, that's it for me, time to go and roast the spitted Easter lamb. :-)
