Super Bowl Sunday!
Tomorrow is the day. Are you a Patriots fan? Are you a New York Football Giants fan? Nevertheless, tomorrow IS the day. Me-myself-personally, am/are an Eagles fan, HARDCORE, so there is no dog in this fight for me.
My wife, Becky, however, is a die-hard yippy-ki-yea-mutha-f giants fan. /whispering/ She even has coffee mugs and a down jacket! /whispering/ And she’s from here in Roswell!!!!!!!! That’d be Georgia.
Nevertheless, who is your team and please tell me what you are making to eat for the game.
I am going really small, since it is just the two of us, (do you hear it…we can make it if we try…just the two of uuus, you and I…) back to the grill again, I have on the menu, and as of 30 minutes ago the ingredients for beef taquitos, guacamole with chips, pizza for lunch, and hot wings. I will most certainly blog later about how I man-up the menu items.

I am a sad Patriots fan today, but we definitely ate well. If you are what you eat than I am now officially artichoke dip. 
such a great game! i made very un-superbowl food -- apple and goat cheese tart and chocolate almond biscotti! they were yummy though! 
Bren: Yes you should have. I knew it and told people I work with as much. Just because they were underdogs doesn't mean that they can't win. Dare I say it? "That's why they play the game". I was on a team in high school baskeball. We made it to the "big show", played a team who beat us by a combined 60 points during the regular season, and we beat them 32-33. We play to win!Erin: I feel for you. It was just a couple of years ago my Eagles lost to your Pats in the T.O. era. I am just happy for the NFC East! So many want to call the NFC Least. Hey the Giants had a Cinderella run, taking out the number 1 and 2 seeds in the NFC and then the ultimate; killing a 19-0 run! You still have my love, but I am a happy camper. Go Sox! :-)
Katy: Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, we ate pretty well. I truly messed up the taquitos though, using flour instead of corn. What WAS I thinking??? I really do know better. I do. That tart, I trust you will be blogging? AND, AND the biscotti? You must, you are obligated to reveal those secrets! I am whipped today though. What with the gout, I can't walk and I am in a whole lot of pain. We are doing Outback, curbside takeaway tonight. Nothing a bloomin onion and a bleu cheese chopped salad can't cure!
