Fearless KitchenThis looks great. I'll admit to a great sense of frustration whenever I wind up with leftovers, but I admire your creativity in dealing with them!

sharonExcellent use of leftovers and a gorgeous salad! We end up with a lot of leftovers as well since I come from the Mom school of cooking and have issues with making smaller portions.

Ruth EI've a whole pile of leftovers all the time that I'm not often all that creative with, I need to work on that more. This lamb looks so tasty in this dish, great vinaigrette!
