sharonNo matter what, Joe will always call it Quinn-OH-Ahhhh. Silly man. Now that I've tackled my first quinoa cooking experience, I've been on the hunt for new recipes. This looks great and your pic is better looking than the Food & Wine version!

DonaldKrysta: This salad actually held up rather well, I would think that most "grain" salad would. Beck was eating this salad three days later!

Sharon: KEEN-wa! :-) Me too. I'm thinking something warm next time with some kind of protein and warm veggies. Thanks about the pic!

Kat: Thanks! We enjoyed it.

melissaI'm kind of laughing because I made a quinoa salad this week for myself for work lunches. Different vegetables and seasonings but definitely just as healthy.

Also, I had to go to 4 stores to get quinoa. "Normal" stores don't seem to carry it and no one could even figure out what I was asking for. Ugh.

Sarah from What Smells So Good?I LOVE pickled radishes!! Actually pickles in general :D. It wasn't the cookie recipe that was the problem, those who ate them loved them... I think I was just underwhelmed by their simplicity. I like weird stuff in my cookies.

Since I can't have the butter in the cookies (or fats in general) I didn't get to taste. I'm sure that if I could have my opinion would change, since I love the salty/sweet combo.

Thanks for stopping by!
