I am a Software Engineer by trade, living in Roswell, (just outside Atlanta) Georgia. Other than a few instructional classes at my local Whole Foods, I have no formal culinary training. So, if you can, take that into consideration when commenting about my experimentations.
I have been perusing food blogs for a while now and I wanted to contribute to this medium. This blog will help me as well. I can’t remember how many times I was in the kitchen thinking, “hey, I really should take notes with this dish", or I prepared a dish that my wife and I thought was so tasty only to never be able to prepare it exactly the same way again; there would be something just not quite the same.
