I am dreading heading back to Philly and the cold I will be facing. The South has spoiled me for sure. However, I think this recipe is going to be in the arsenal for those cold chilly nights when I'm staying in for the evening rather than face the bitter chill.

I just made this soup tonight, but the roasted garlic and the bacon sounds delicious. It will be added next time I make it, which will be soon due to the cold weather. My boyfriend's pipes get freezing. Sorry...I hope you have water soon.
