this post is old and i'm sure you're enjoying your summer - we've been down the jersey shore when we're not in the process of moving apts. i've eating alot of steak this summer but this steak - that damn cowboy steak- is calling my name. sometimes i don't know what i want to stare at more - a perfectly seared, but whole piece of meat, or a sliced piece of rare/medium rare beef. oh sweet beef, how i love you.
