Fabulous Flavor! I'll do this again. A little more work than I thought it would be but WELL worth it. I would probably increase the sauce by about half next time I do it . . . and there WILL be a next time.

Hi...I just caught your comment about this recipe at the Big Red Kitchen. This is the only thing I eat at Mac Grill...not that it matters cause I have moved to the sticks and there isn't one any where near me. But I dream of this once in awhile and wanted to say thank you!!! I can't wait to try it!!!!!

Katy, you know, I was telling Beck, that the market had no peas (yet) that I was interested in so I had to use frozen. They worked out, but can you imagine what fresh peas would have brought to the dish?
